YOUNG TRADITIONAL NEW BUILD

This 12,000 square foot new build in the Waterford community of Hattiesburg, Mississippi is the ‘forever home’ for long-time clients. The property is in an older, established neighborhood in Hattiesburg with large lots that have slightly rolling hills and mature trees.  We worked with Architect Will Ballou to revise the initial set of plans for a French-style home with a Southern spin on it. The clients wanted a home that would accommodate their growing and active family, a home where all rooms were accessible and usable. While they have traditional taste, they wanted the home to be indicative of their more relaxed lifestyle.
